Go to a real estate agency and ask for a job and for their referral to a real estate licensing school. Take the course, get your license and ask the agency for a job. That's how I did it in New Jersey.

You'll need to provide additional information.

First, what country are you in? If the answer is USA, then you will be licensed by each state. While some states will share all or part of their licensing, most individuals will get licensed in one state.

For Florida a good starting point is:

I would assume most, if not all states have similar web sites in place to guide you through the process.
