I wish, but it is impossible. It doesn't require a genius to say this. This is just elementary calculation. You need clean water and infrastructure to live a good life, irrespective of your intellectual capacity. 1.2 billion population and growing very fast. Poverty and corruption leads to deterioration of law & order. You will go mad if you look at the situation. God save us.

They have a lot going for them. Because of their size, their economy is potentially huge, and is currently growing at a fast rate. That bring power and influence.
