Fan fiction isn't plagarism as long as you don't copy an existing story in words or plot and its not infringement as long as you cite the owners of the copyright to the world/character(s). Example, if you write a Buffy The Vampire Slayer fanfic you should cite Joss Whedon and Mutant Enemy as the holders of the copyright. Film studios and authors will sue you or shut down your website if you don't cite the proper copyright information.

Is this an either/or question? Fan fiction is actually both plagiarism *and* copyright infringement, but since it's not for profit, the majority of the publishing/TV/movie world doesn't mind, and a lot of them approve of it as a kind of free advertisement. Occasionally there are some creators who sic their publishers on people who do fan fiction for just that reason, and ask them to take down the works. BUT most creators (like JK Rowling) don't really mind, as long as the author states at the beginning of the work that "These characters and this world are the property of [author/network/whatever]--I make no claims to any of them."

You won't get sued, especially if you aren't getting money for it. The worst that would happen is an author might request that you stop making the work available online.

Check out the disclaimers at the start of most works on the major fanfic sites.

I really don't know the answer, but can I please give some constructive criticism? You say that your fan fiction is awesome, yet your post contains 2 spelling errors (plagiarism is the correct spelling) and no less than 5 grammatical errors. That is some record in only 49 words.
I'm sure the content of your fan fic is great, but if you do not ensure that it is grammatically correct, and spelled properly, it certainly won't be enjoyable for anyone to read.
