You don't say how old you are or if you've had children. If you have, it could well be a prolapse where the womb pushes down and out so the cervix, instead of being about 4.5" up there comes lower and lower and eventually pushes outside the body, turning the vagina inside out as it so does. So eventually you end up with about 4.5" of inverted vagina which looks for all the world like an uncircumcised penis with the cervix at the outer end.

Very rarely seen nowadays because there's normally surgical inttervention long before it comes outside the body, but that's the way many or most of our great grandmothers were from the time they were about 50 onwards. It's most common as estrogen levels drop off.

At the very earliest stages attempts can be made to re-suspend the uterus. Once it's right down it's normal to do a hysterectomy, usually vaginally.

As long as neither bladder nor rectum are affected, there's no medical need to do anything, but penetrative sexual intercourse with a male is obviously impossible with a full prolapse.

It is not your cervix. Your cervix is much higher in the vaginal canal.
I would however go to your doctor immediately. If you can't insert tampons, are you also not getting a "flow"? It could be redundant tissue, but it could also be something more serious...so get yourself to the doctor.

you in all probability aggravated the exterior around it. Very mushy and consumer-friendly to decrease. Its kinda tricky to get around in case you elect to shave, so perchance purely trim each and every now and lower back. a variety of of fellows dont like completely sparkling-shaven besides.

I've felt that thing before I think its the cervix but I'm not sure. If its not the cervix then you need to see a doctor.
