Mollie's typically have a 20 day gestation. When you can see the eyes she is probably about 5 days away from birth. Near the end she looks like she is ready to explode.
Go ahead and leave her in the breeder as long as she's eating. Keep an eye on her. It is great to watch them give birth - it usually takes a couple of hours to squeeze them all out. There could be as few as 20 or as many as 150, depending on how old it is and how many "litters" she has had before.
When she is finished giving birth get her out of there ASAP. Feed the babies crushed up flakes. Not too many or they will rot. If kept well, you might have a survival rate of as much as 75%.
Good luck! I used to breed sailfin mollies and it was awesome. We had one that cranked out 100 babies every 25 days.

Mollies ususally drop eggs almost every month. if you have a big tank and you do not have space for another you should put lots of plants amd hiding palces for the fry to hide. the adults might eat their young. Try NOT to separate her now because she will be stress and just leave it alone you will have some fry that will survive.
