These people have the crazies. Constipation doesn't ruin yer clothes. I say hershey squirts.

Diarrhea is an inconvenience immediately. Constipation kind of sneaks up on you. Both are bad. Unchecked, diarrhea can lead to serious health issues. Unchecked, constipation can lead to serious health issues.
I've had both. In the end (no pun intended), constipation was worse. I had a bowel obstruction and it was the worst pain I have ever experienced.

Have you noticed that a day after constipation you get the squirts ? And vice versa ?

constipation because you are ready to go but the train doesn't show up.
with the squirts at least something comes out.
