She is an awesome mom, soccer coach, girl scout leader and very involved with them. If anything she is too lenient on them. She gets along with her kids father and he would never call CPS on her. The worker was asking if their mom spanks them and if they had breakfast...why would someone call and make a bogus claim? There is only one person that comes to our thoughts as to who would call and do this cruel act. It was a former friend of mine who has become jealous of my friendship with the friend that was called on. Is there anything she can do to prevent this from happening in the future? Even though she is a great mom it has us both literally ill. Has anyone u know ever had this happen to you and what can you do to prevent it from happening again? I understand that CPS has to investigate all reports, but this is ridiculous. Thanks!!

That is a really horrible thing. I am so sick of people calling them on innocent kids because they are mad at the parents. These people should be brought up on charges themselves. Buut of course that would discourage people from calling that should. I am not a big fan of CPS caseworkers but they have better things to do then waste time on bogus reports. There are children at real danger that they need to be investigating.
I really feel bad for the kids in this case as they must feel embarassed and not sure what is going on. I would tell your friend to contact CPS and speak with a supervisor. There may not be much you can do. But make them aware of this person and why she may be doing this. Also ask if they can file charges on her for false reports? They won't say who called because they have to keep it annonomus (I spelled it wrong). I went through a similar situation years ago and it really bothered my daughter.

Years ago I had a very vindictive ex-husband use protective services as a way to harass me. Yeah, they had to come out to the house every time he called, have to investigate like you said, but after the worker sees that everything is as it should be, they refused to take any more calls from him and his lame family. It should work that way with your friend. Until then I don't think there's too much either one of you can do besides talk to the investigating worker. Tell your friend to keep doing a great job!

oh i am sooooo sorry well this happened to my sister. Great mom cheer leading coach two kids 8 and 12. She feeds them breakfast lunch and dinner and snacks but she home schools her kids. her neighbor is horrible when ever she lets her kids go to the park when they get back the CPS is with them and is always asking them does your mother beat you? does she feed you the same stupid questions and the kids always have the same awnser no she doesn't beat us and yes she feeds us breakfast lunch and dinner plus snacks. she has had this happen to here about 12 times!!!! she just let the neighbors get there way and ignore them plus she does not let the kids go to the park anymore!! lol

She nees to hire an attorney and a PI and find out who filed a bogus claim against her. Then let the real fun begin when she shows that person that she doesn't even deal with things like this when it comes to her kids.

It could have been a teacher overhearing a conversation that the child got spanked.
God knows it happened to me when I broke my arm when I was a child. A teacher overheard a student say that my father hit me with a baseball bat. It was a joke and all the kids laughed but she had to report it

Confront this person. Tell them that you KNOW that they made a report to the CPS. Tell them this is a horrible thing to do. If it was me, I would tell them in no uncertain terms that the HAMMER would come down on them if they EVER did anything like this again. If they are a petty hurtful person, I would just learn from this and have nothing to do with them.

You did not say who referred to as baby shielding amenities. If it grow to be me, i'd favor to entice close if someone had abused my son. in case you're uncertain about baby shielding amenities' findings, you are able to make an appointment and take your son to a private community relatives/abuse counselor who would nicely be more suitable purpose. If he has been abused, you'll favor to commence seeing a counselor who can help both him and also you manage the problem.
