Learn to spell babe. They are Latino and Hispanic. The two words mean the same thing. They speak Spanish of course. That is what Hispanic means. Although, since they are Latino, our president probably thinks they speak Latin.

First of all, you didn''t spell Puerto Rican Right. And most of them speak broken Spanish or English as Second Language, And they are considered Hispanic.

Taking a wild guess, it would depend on the persons preference to be called one or the other...depending on a wide variety of circumstances and settings. I have several friends who are Puerto Ricans and it is different at different times.
ps. of all the friends I've ever had, Puerto Ricans have been the truest and solidest of them all...even my own family (Irish/Scottish) haven't stuck by me as firmly as they.

well i'm mixed puerto rican irish french and german anyway i don't take pride in my race or culture i take pride in what my race and culture has been able to overcome anyway if you want to look up and learn more about puerto ricans then you can do a search just type in puerto rican culture and you should be able to find many links to click on
