So here is the deal I am 17 years old and I have the most bueatiful girlfriend of 4 weeks. She is moving to a new house with her family and we decided to wait to do anything more sexually until things settle down.(right now we hold hands, kiss, and just lay on my bed togethor) Well here is my problem it seems like everytime we kiss or are really close to each other I get an erection. Recently it seems to maybe have gotten a little better but not enough. So is there something I can do or do I just have to deal with it and hope it gets better.

There is nothing wrong with having an erection, especially when you're touching and smelling your girl. That's part of being a virile young male, and you should be glad that you do get erections, some people suffer from lack of erections and have to take pills for that. If she sees that you have an erection then she should be fine with it, if she makes a comment tell her that it's something you have no control over and that you have a very strong sex drive. She'll like the fact that you're virile and ready, just don't blow it with a 5 minute love session the first time you guys do it.

i would have advised to you to see a doctor if the opposite is the case. Erection is what determined whether you are a man or a boy no matter you age. I can say you are a man.

It will get better - hormones are just raging right now and your body is going nuts... It will take time, but they will slowly subside. Not that you want your erections to go away completely, you may just want them to not be so frequent or embarassing.

Congratulations, you are a normal male. These things start uncontrollably around 9 or 10 years old and keep going for decades.

It's called desire, I have that problem and I'm in my 50's. Thinking and talking about other things when it is inappropriate helps.

awe...don't be ashamed of it, you like your girl. that's a compliment to her though. I think it is great that al you have to do is kiss her or get close to her to have that happen. So don't be ashamed of it, it happens to all guys
