My rabbit is always inside the house, but sometimes i do let him out to the garden, and he joyfully hops around but also starts chewing on the grass and some plants, is it safe?

Just know that the plants are safe for animal consumption--and not toxic--the grass wont hurt anything --in fact they love it as you already know--

grass is fine, that's what he'd eat in the wild. The other plants are probably OK too but it might be best to check you don't have anything poisonous in the garden just in case. Rabbits are great for keeping the lawn trimmed and they can fertilise it as they go along.

that should be safe, a few plants can be harmful, but usually rabbits wont go near them by there instinct, but i would search this up.

Apart from that its safe ive kept many rabbits and they have lived happy healthy lives munching on our garden grass [[just dont use NO pestisides or nothing poisionus like that (slug killer)]]

Wish you and your bunny all the best for the future.

As long as you don't use insecticides or any kind of poisons on your plants. Anything you use on your plants needs to have the label checked to see if it's safe for animals. Also, check on the kinds of plants your rabbit is eating. Many common garden plants are poisonous to animals. Check with your vet to be sure what the bunny's eating is safe!

Maybe. You didn't give us much about your grass. Do you spray anything on your grass or is it all natural? Even plant foods and fertilizers can harm your bunny. Do any other animals walk on your grass or have access to it? They can carry harmful stuff to your lawn.

Well, rabbits eat grass in the wild, but you want to make sure there's no pesticides/fertilizers etc on the stuff he's eating. That would be my biggest concern.

Yes. Just think.......... If your rabbit was wild then it would probably eat grass from gardens and feilds right. So that would be a yes! Rabbits love it and they are allowed to eat it!
