women please tell me or anyone else who knows... if a woman loses weight, would her breasts get smaller also? and if it does, does it sagg or just get to a smaller size normally.

I've experienced this first hand.
About 5 years ago I was about 180 at 5'4 and a C cup.
I lost over 50 pounds since then and have remained the same height.
I did loose weight in my breast... by an entire cup actually!! I am a B cup now and they do not sag.. they are just a bit smaller.

Sure they get smaller. Don't worry about it. Lose the weight if you need to. Don't lose the weight if you don't.
The sag business has more to do with age than anything else. Wear a bra. You can use a push up pad if you need more.

Yes, they get smaller with weight loss. I doubt your beast will sag if you lose weight, just get smaller. I went from a large D to a small C after losing 30 pounds. It was awesome.

no, they wont get smaller as long as u work out- they do tend to droop a little though because most people work out when loosing weight, so the pec musles bulid up and cause them not to become like deflated ballons bot does cause a little more sagging. Just make sure u wear a bra with enough support

Depends on the woman, if you lose weight they do get a little smaller. If you lose and gain weight a lot they will sag.

When my wife dropped a good bit of baby weight, her boobs got smaller too. When one loses weight, it is all over the body. Spot reducing does not work.

If you're heavy and big busted, they sag. If you're already not too heavy and just want to loose a little weight, and you're not really big breasted, and still young, it shouldn't affect them.
