no because it would be obscene to put a horse's *** on the US mail. But if they do then it will probably be a picture of dubbya holding a big blood stained sack of cash with the words "mission accomplished" above.

Fortunately there is a rule against putting living people on US stamps, so he can't do it while he's in office. But all former presidents, even Nixon, get a stamp within a year after they die, usually on their next birth anniversary. People had fun putting the Nixon stamp on letters and drawing jail bars all the way around the stamp! Maybe people will show the Dubya stamp reading "My Pet Goat."

featuring George W. Bush, but it will never be as popular as the Elvis stamps.

ALL Presidents get to be on a stamp, even crooks like Nixon. Bush WILL be on a stamp. Just be glad he'll never be on a coin or on currency.

I will put word balloons next to his stamp making him say characteristically stupid things.

There'll be a Ben Franklin commemorative coming out in April.

I'd prefer to go with that instead of Dubya's mug.

Yeah but it'll be one of those odd 2 or 3-cent ones they print to make up for a price hike.
