Plan something interesting and enjoyable each Monday: lunching at one of your favorite places with friends or colleagues, go out or cook a special dinner in the evening, rent a movie to watch etc...That way, Monday will come to mean something else to you besides having to go back to work or school.
An easy way to do the above is not to pack all the enjoyable events into the weekend but to save some of them for Monday. It'll help you to transition from 2 days of leisure/entertainment to 5 days of work and school more seamlessly.
Trust me. It works!

I bet if you could meet this dream man only on Mondays, you wouldn't have the Monday blues, would you? So, you have to find something to look forward to. Go to a class that is always on Mondays or don't watch your favourite programmes when they are scheduled on tv, tape them and you watch everything on Mondays in one go. All your favourites!

I have a way of making Mondays great!
Quit school or work! You'll not even notice that Monday comes around.

Same way I deal with all my day-to-day blues -- I find something to smile or laugh about. Even stupid things. Hang out with somebody who tells stupid jokes all the time. Wear mismatching socks in ridiculous colors and show 'em off to your friends... making other people laugh helps a lot too.
Yeah, it's stupid, but it works for me. :D

Go to the pub at lunchtime, then join a darts or pool league in the evening.
You'll have something to look forward to in work AND something to look forward to when you get home.
