Of course it is. The only downside, is that your nostrils stick together afterward ... makes it really hard to breathe. :(

I saw a video of somebody actually DRINKING a Sambuca that had been set alight. Dangerous stuff. His hair set fire etc.
Other than that....snorting a liquid will probably drown you pal.
