It seems highly unlikely - I would doubt that sperm would live in his mouth for very long. If your boyfriend is having sex/oral sex with men right before he's having sex/oral sex with you - you need to put a stop to that right away. The risk of sharing diseases just isn't worth it. Besides, you deserve a man who only wants to be with you.

no the mucus membranes in the mouth kill sperm instantly its a hostile environment . and gross he needs to spit or swallow gross. this is very very unlikely as in it has never happened to my knowledge use dental dams they are condoms for the mouth eww
