This is the format students are taught for naming things when coding programs. It is supposed to make the names easier to read rather than running the names all together WhyDoSome...
I guess some people take it to the extreme.

well sometime if like u choose a nickname for somethink on the net someone else might already have it so u add _ to make it a bit different so u can av ur chosen nickname. example
you want daisyflower555@hotmail.com , but someone has that so u have daisyflower_555@hotmail.com
