I live in Schweinfurt Germany
I absolutely hate it
I miss home, I feel trapped here, nothing to do, and everything's really expensive
my ideal place to live would be Claremore Oklahoma
my husband and I are both from Oklahoma
Claremore is nice size town
good school
decent job market
and it's close to the Lake and Tulsa
My husband gets out of the Army in 3.5 years, and we're going to buy a house in Claremore! I can't wait!!!!
I saw someone griping about taxes, so I thought I would add that they tax 16% in Germany!!! That's twice the amount back home!

San Diego, Ca. Love it here, love the beach and the weather. I've been out of the job market for several years (retired)... The people are nice. The only bad thing about California in general is it's expensive to live here.....

I live on Long Island. I like living here. The people are friendly (at least where I live) I live near a park (that's a plus) weather's nice (esp. the summer) Friends and family are only a mile away, and any store you need (ie. restaurants, bakery's, mall's, etc) is just down the block. The bad thing about living here is the taxes are pretty high.

I live in SE Nebraska. I love it. The only things I don't like are snow in the Winter and tornadoes in the Spring. I live in a rual area where all of our neighbors are at least a mile away. We are only about 10 miles from a small town that serves most of our needs. The worst thing about Nebraska is the tax problem. You are taxed and retaxed for every little thing and the taxes are so high. Other than that, I wouldn't trade it, unless I could live maybe in New Mexico or somewhere in the south like that.

Continental part of Croatia.
I like it, we're near Zagreb (the capital) but far enough to avoid that awful city noise and stuff.
And almost everything we need is right here,so... I don't complain.
Yeah, could be better, but it's ok really :)
p.s. impolite & cranky people.... they're everywhere T_T

Loma Linda, CA.
Hate it.
Recently moved and nothing good about this. I call it the junk yard of Earth. One of the worst places I have ever lived.
