Dr. OZ was on the Oprah show. He stated that for every 20 pounds that on OVERWEIGHT man lost he GAINED "1 Inch" of penis. So when size matters, then weight matters.
The National Heart Association places a man 5'10 - 6'1" to be healthy between 145 pounds to 187 pounds.
So in your question, the man can gain 2 inches of penis (40 pounds) ... but he'd still be overweight and hiding an inch of penis in that fat. So I guess he's lost 3 inches from loving those "Burgar and Fries" & hungry man meals. Hope that's worth the price (3 inches).
BTW - If you and your wife exercise TOGETHER ... sex drive does increase. Her weight is usually tied to your weight, and to the love you put into the relationship. So, if you're fat, she'll be fat. If you're mean, she'll be fat.
I can't find any reason for you to keep that extra weight. Remeber to have fun taking it off - Giggle.

For most women it's not about physical attraction so much as mental attraction. If you are not making love to her mind then she will not find you attractive. In other words, "making love" begins long before you actually go to bed. It starts in the morning with a gentle kiss and telling her you love her. Continuing throughout the day to make her feel special in small ways. It all leads up to a very satisfying and happy sex life.

If she says it will, believe her. Just like men, women are also attracted to a man who is in shape and has the muscles to prove it. Its primeval. We can't help it.
And the more in shape you are, the more other women will think you're attractive, too. How's that for encouragement?
