Un Chien Andalou (The Adalusian Dog), a short silent film made by Salvador Dali/Luis Bunuel. Features the infamous eyeball-slicing shot. It's absolutely twisted.

I think the weirdest movie would have to be for me is "Lost Highway" by David Lynch or any of David Lynch movies but this in particular really was weird .
