Yes, you will have all of that. I had cramps so bad, I thought my period was coming throught my third month of pregnancy. What you want to watch out for is very bad cramping, or sharp pains.

Yes i cramped some. And i started to feel fat like my belly weighed 50 pounds but i wasnt even showing that much. I got the book what to expect when ur expecting it helped out alot. Good luck. And watch out for the fourth month most people say the baby will kick u at 4 months. Mine did and it hurt.

I am having those symptoms now.

My bestfriend is 6 weeks pregnant and she felt and still feels slight to med. cramps and etc...

yes I did. That's your uterus starting to stretch. Even though the baby is VERY small at this point, your body is getting ready for the pregnancy. :-)

i felt cramping like i was going to start my period and i had a slight back ache as well.

I was crampy...and my lower back hurt like I was about to start my period, but obviously it never came!
