My boyfriend has chronic prostate infections. I have more than the normal amount of yeast infections. I find that I get them after having sex. Is there a direct corellation between the two?

It depends on the infection. Men can carry candida (the yeast). Ask him to keep clean. Ask him to shower and use soap every time before sex. Have him use mouthwash before oral sex. Find out if he has diabetes, which would make him a lot more susceptible to yeast.

Then there is the whole "safe sex thing....."

There could be, but more importantly, you need to use condoms. Not to lecture, but you can get stuff way worse than a yeast infection, and yeast infections can lead to other chronic infestions down the road. Protect yourself.
