No, they are actually random pieces of paper they stuff into the cookies for fun. Just for your information, the fortune cookie thing started in American's Chinatown as a sales gimick. They don't have such things in mainland China.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. I once got a fortune that said that I was going to be rich real soon and it never came true, because I am still poor. I also got one that did come true one time, so maybe if you wish real hard your fortune will come true to.

Fortune Cookies contain altuisms that are so imprecise they are commonly bent to reality in all circumstances. They truly make the messages imprecise so as that any reality is in reality pareidolia. human beings rationalize them as genuine at the same time as truly it skill not something.
