Runescape accounts are non-transferable. Why not create your own and train it up. At least you won't have to worry about losing it because you obtained it illegally. Jagex does track this and takes accounts regularly for this violation.

your not supposed to ask for peoples accounts! your supposed to earn a high level ur self!
