This is a tough call - but I think the Pats will win - but this is my bias because I am a Pats fan - not because I think the Pats are that much better - but they do seem to beat Manning in the Playoffs and when it really counts.
Good Luck!!!

The Colts.
The Patriots have dominated the Colts in past years in the playoffs for a few reasons....The nasty weather at Gillette Stadium (which slows a fast-attack passing game down) and some very physical play by the Patriots secondary. If Rodney Harrison were healthy, this would be a closer game. No Rodney+dome= Colts win. I believe this is the year that the Colts bring it home, which is ironic, because Peyton Manning has not performed well this postseason. This is understandable against the Ravens, but a cause for concern against the Chiefs. In my opinion, the only reason the Colts will see the Bears in the Super Bowl will be the advantage that the Bears will have over a dome team in the elements in Chicago.

Colts will get them this year. Colts have a much better running game now that they have Addia. Keep in mind the colts have lost to the patriots many times in the post season and this time I think the odds are in their favor, this is just a statistical law. The more they play each other the more likely the pats will eventually lose. Manning needs to play a good game and the Colts defense needs to step up. The patriots are an incredible team. This will be a close game and a tough one but I'm going with the Colts.

Good question John. Im going to have to go with the Colts. The Patriots are a good team but I think there "Dynasty," is over. The Colts have a solid offense, and defense. With Bobby Sanders, and Dallas Clark back the Colts are unstoppable. Bobby Sanders lights up the Defense, which wasnt too sharp a couple of weeks ago, and there hungry for a Super Bowl. The Pats have a good QB Tom Brady, but Peyton is just as good. I think its Peytons year this year, and with Joseph Addai in the backfield, Harrison,Wayne, and other great players! I think the Colts have a good shot at the Superbowl.

Patriots - here is why: Colts have a high-powered offense and they will get their points against a stingy Pats D, which averaged 14 pts a game. Te Patriots ahve been scoring a lot lately and put up 24 against the #1 defense in the AFC. Also the Colts D, which has played better of late against 2 questionable AFC offenses, is suspect and small. The Pats wil run and set up the pass and score a lot.

I'm going with the Colts on this one.
I don't think they have to do anything different than they've been doing in the playoffs so far.
Brady is not as effective when he's pressured, and if Colt's D continues with this fast, aggressive attack they've been showing in the playoffs (where was that all season?) then I think NE will have a very long day.
Also, NE is not the best coverage team around, and Manning should be able to exploit that. They are good at stopping the run, but if Addai/Rhodes end up over 100 yards (I think they will) then it's all over for the Pats.
Well, there's my two cents...

I don't know who will win, but I sure hope it's the Colt.
Why? I don't know either, honestly I really think the Colt's D is a little weak on run defense & unlike Baltimore, Patriot has Maroney & Dillons, so it'd b tough for Colts to stop them. But this is what I want to see happen, a blitz by Colt's defense, & Freeney, Marthis, & June all sack the hell out of Brady & end his football career then & there... hehe

The Partiots lost to the Jets in the regular season.
No team that has lost to the Jets has ever won a Super Bowl.
The Patriots run is over. The Colts will win, and score in garbage time to make it look worse, but it will be tight for 3 quarters.
Colts 26, Pats 10

Looking at this past weekend, I feel the Super Bowl winner would either come from the Charger-Pats game or from New Orleans.
Still feel that way, so I have to say the Pats get past the Colts.
The Colt defense has been impressive the last two weeks, I will give them credit there, but the Jets nor Ravens boast anything near what I'd call a superior offense. The Pats have experience under this pressure as well as the talent to get it done.
Were this game not in Indy, I'd call it a blow out as well for the Pats.

Probably the Patriots. I'm getting pretty sick of the Patriots too. It's not their fault, it's the media's love affair with Tom Brady that's pretty dang old. But I don't think the Colts are nearly as good as past years. And the Pats just know how to win, yesterday for example. They'll slow down Manning down enough to win. They just always seem to have their number. They'll attack Manning with blitzes and I don't see the Colts defense shutting down that Patriot dink and dunk offense.
