i am more scared of the person who keeps it in then snaps, its funny because i am that exact kind of person.

Both can be scary. Holding it in is definitely worse, though. Especially when you're working with people who aren't mentally stable....It can be nerve-wracking sitting there, never knowing when they might decide it's THE DAY they want to blow steam. I don't think it's anything you can ever get used to, either, no matter how long you've been around/worked with people like this - Because every situation is different.

I actually do both. It depends on the situation. If you speak things right then and there, sometimes you say something you may regret. Sometimes if you hold it in, your anger may actually go away. Like I said, for me, it depends on the situation.
