You may be looking in the wrong places. Ask a friend to set you up on a date. Be proactive & stick at it. Someone once told me that you will never find a partner if you go looking. Maybe you are looking but part of you is negative before things even get past go.

As soon as you stop looking someone really nice will come along.
Join www.girlsdateforfree.com.
Book an Ann Summers party, have fun with the girls, get yourself a Rampant Rabbit and enjoy being single for now.

there is someone out there for each and every one of us, we just have to find them. u have to reach out, make yourself vulnerable sometimes, this is the only way u will even have a chance of getting what u want. just because u were disappointed in the past, doesn't mean that Mr. right won't eventually come into your life. your giving up too soon, and not willing to take a chance due to past disappointments.

I recently met someone just like yourself on here. She's a fantastic person and although I don't see a long-term relationship resulting from it, I believe I've found one of life's nicest people and I look forward to becoming good friends with her. Please don't give up hope. We're not all as bad as you may think! Good Luck!

I do not agree with you. I met the man of my dreams at 36! I am someone who was chronically single, because I just didn't want to accept Mr Good Enough. We met through eHarmony, and I will never stop saying great things about them! They changed my life!

Fair enough. In the end, you'll wish you'd decided this way earlier. There's nothing more rewarding than a life without the male distraction.

You will find someone when you are least expecting it I did. But my advice is please do not bother with looking for anyone on Girlsdate for free- I was on that last year and boy did I come across some weirdo's sounds like that is the last thing you need right now.
Take care

Lots of nice people in the world, would be a lie. But they do exist. I believe that I am one. Good luck and don't give up hope.
