One thing is obvious from your answers.
It was so good throughout, that nearly everyone of you has a DIFFERENT favourite bit. So many moments to choose from.

Yeah nothing compares to it... even though I've seen every episode at least 7 or 8 times it never seems to get old. It's a real pity that Dermot Morgan died so young

That was an excellent show. One of my favorites was the "Speed" episode where Father McDougal became a milk man but a disgruntle employee turned it into a bomb that would go off if the milk truck went under 15 mph or something like that. They had some of the greatest supporting casts. A genuinely original and hillarious show.

Have you seen any "MY Hero" episodes? What do you think of those?

Father Ted was hilarious. The episode where all the priests got stuck in the lingerie section at the department store was great.

Yes brilliant. Remember the one with all the rabbits? And when he gave up smoking for Lent, and Graham Norton was in one when they were cramped up in a small caravan. And Father Jack, Drink!

One of the greatest comedies ever! So great, I cannot single out one favourite episode or one favourite scene. The entire cast was perfect and the writing was gold!

One of the funniest shows. The things Dougal used to say.
In fact since its been brought up I have a sudden urge to watch it.

TED: To China

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER

MR. YIN: To Craggy Island

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER

TED: More drink

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER

BARMAN: I'm sorry, the bar's closed.

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER

TED: Tell you what. How about everyone comes back to my place for a drink.

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER

DOUGAL: Wait, I need to go to the toilet first.

CROWD AROUND TED CHEER.

(And also that time Jack took the only two parachutes off the plane - one for himself, the other for the drink)

It was. Definitely one of the best comedy's to grace TV. I cant actually choose a favourite episode, but one that always sticks in my mind is the one where they are all stuck in the lingerie section, and its like an apocalypse now sort of them. Hilarious! "Its Ireland biggest Lingerie section I understand" (",)

Yes! It was my most favourite tv comedy when it was on channel four. It's a shame that he died after the third series.

I wish there was more quality comedy like that one.
