The 1937 quarter is worth at least 7 to 8 times face value due to it's silver content. In grade good it is worth $2.20 and goes up to $3.00 in extra fine. It is not a rare date. The values above are about what a deal would pay.

On ebay it seems that all of these coins that are listed are currently be bid on, ranging in bids from $12.00 to $150.00. Check it out and compare yours to the ones that are listed in regards to the shape it's in. On ebay in search, just type 1937 quarter.
