Originally [as in before the trend started] dancers and people who live in areas with colder climates of all genders would wear leggings and tights under their clothes to keep warm. Army soliders who were stationed in colder areas would wear them too. Dancers espasily wore them because it kept them warm too and also it absorbed alot of the sweat they produced. So yes,a guy can wear them but be careful since many people dont know the origins and will more then likely make fun of you.

In Europe men wear tights and leggings all the time, covered or not. Guys also wear sarongs and bikinis (speedos) on beaches, nylon spandex bikini underwear, sheer silky shirts, and men in Spain and Portugal wear sheer nylon socks.
Face it, being a guy in America just SUCKS since women are scared of men's bodies and of men being POSITIVE sexual beings too.

I placed on spandex leggings for operating, i'm getting some go-eyed stares often times. not each and every lady needs to look at each and every contour of a adult males body. you should placed on those somewhat of yoga pants. yet definite, having self belief and be your self.

You can do anything you want.
Right, men used to, but unless you are in ballet or want to look masculine, I wouldn't suggest it.
