You can't raise your GPA to a 4.0 unless you have AP classes or Honor classes which is weighted. A 4.0 gpa means that you have all A's. An Honor class GPA will go up to a 4.5 An AP class scale goes up to 5.0 This is only if your in highschool though. A 3.25 is not a B minus. It's actually an a solid B GPA. A 3.0 is a B GPA as well. A 2.75 is a B minus.

Well a 2.5 I would say is pretty good if you are in a private school. But in a public it would be considered a little bit above average. Over all I would not set my goals to a 2.5 I would try to get 3.0 are better. Just keep working really hard and you ll get there.

Not the best GPA, but it could be worse. Try to get a 3.5 or higher that way you are more likely to receive scholarships that way. Anything lower than a 2.5 I would consider unacceptable.

Respectable, especially at colleges that haven't caved in to grade inflation. Equivalent to 80% or a B- ave.

2.5 means pass though not distinction.
It depend on where this result is leading to, if you are on your way looking for a job, trust me results don't count. Its all about what you know and what you can do. Exams are just a way to evaluate our memory sometimes. Not all the times it can proof that by doing well in exams we have understood something really well.
Dont get carried away with results. It doesnt judge a person nor the personality. Hard work, determination & confidence are more important. All the best!!

A 2.5 GPA is about average. But, you may not get as many scholarships with it.

It's okay. 2.0 is passing, 3.0 is about a B average. 4.0 is an A-the highest you can get on a 4.0 scale. With a 2.5 you're sitting at a C+ average.
