Anastasia Romanov is the daughter to Tsar Nicholas II and his wife Alexandra. She was said to be the only one of the immediate royal family to escape when Russia rebelled against the Tsar. However, others say that she was killed in the basement along with the rest of the family. It was just that she wasn't reported by the people that murdered them...that started the rumors of her escape. The rebellion was nothing like what happened in the movie.

First of all Anastasia is NOT a Disney movie, Jasmine it's 20th Century Fox! secondly, Anastasia is the lost Russian Princess that escaped from being killed in the animated movie series

She then set out to find her real family not knowing she was the royal princess....in the end she finally found her grandmother whom she got seperated from and became the crowned princess of Russia

russian princess some guy with a really long name killed her whole family except her grandma, and while trying to escape by train she fell and got knock unconcios then blah bla blah she ends up with her grandma. go watch the movie.
