Latest news on Yahoo... Bush is gonna go ahead with Iraq plan with or without Congress' support... If he is notgonna be democratic about it ... Why then is he enforcing Democracy to other countries with Autocratic Dictators as rulers....

Yes Bush may have done a number of good things, but the atrocities he has commited and the mockery he has made of the Democratic system, has made many around the world lose respect for USA the great pioneer of Democracy, Freedom and Liberty. A republic is NOT an autocracy, Singapore and Germany are Republics too but we dont see their leaders stamping upon the policies and foundations of their countries, by hiding behind one or two loophole clauses and ignoring the rest. The American people are not stupid, neither are the Global residents, people has eyes to see, hearts to feel and minds to analyse for themselves what is happening and how it is all happening... EVEN Bush senior never behaved like such a spoilt brat.

NO!
Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution...
America is founded as a republic!
Congress, notably ALL democratic members, voted to give the Commander-In Chief the authority to undertake the current military action...
Under separation of powers, He decides what action is taken and how America precedes.
As to the last of your rant...You got NOTHING correct...At All!
The Iraq elections...they were in all the papers...Were you vacationing in Wonderland that year?
