Question about Civilization IV???

I just purchased the game, does it have any tutorial?!?! it's not like any other games that I've played before(Rise of nations-Generals-...).

If you play the lowest skill level, their should be a tutorial... if you don't have it on, you should be able to activate it in your options if I'm not mistaken.

look on google. my brother plays that game 24/7. i don't kno anything about it.
