mostly indie, emo, and punk. i love heels over head by boys like girls. thats probably my favorite song right now

Mostly rock, but some alternative and pop.
My favorite recently discovered song is "Name" by Goo Goo Dolls. It's such an amazing song! Great lyrics and guitaring!
My favorite songs overall would have to be:
1. "Couch Potato" by "Weird" Al Yankovic. It's so funny! Weird Al pokes fun at everything so well!
2. "Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey. The first song I downloaded - ever!
3. "Closing Time" by Semisonic. The opening music is fabulous! The song also has my favorite musical quote as of yet - "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end"

I like many different kids of music... my all time favorite used to be 80's Heavy Metal.
Some of my favorite songs (though not 80's heavy metal) are "Been Caught Stealing" by Jane's Addiction, "Man in the Box" by Alice in Chains, "Head Like a Hole" (& the entire Pretty Hate Machine CD) by Nine Inch Nails, "Situation" by Yazoo. More current favorites are "Lips of an Angel" by Hinder, "Photograph" by Nickelback ... I think they both sort of remind me of the 80s music I used to love as a teenager. I'm also enjoying 3 Doors Down (Here Without You, Loser) & Evanescence (Bring Me to Life, My Immortal) these days!
Now, I can also be caught listening to The Killers, Reba McEntire, Olivia Newton John, and the soundtrack to The Phantom of the Opera as well! Talk about diverse, huh?! Oh - and then there's Metallica, Ten Hands, Cowboy Mouth ...

I listen to rock, punk rock, and parody music, and my favorite songs are Green Day's American Idiot (no, I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, that is seriously a good song, the lyrics really speak to me) and Weird Al Yankovic's White and Nerdy.

R&B, rap/hip hop, rock and roll (the good stuff like zeppelin), country (the newer stuff), just about anything.
Favorite song...its a 3 way tie; Money maker By ludacris, Numb & Encore by jay-z linkin park, and fly away by Nelly its probably the best song ever.
