What is the average age a girl starts to hit puberty?

i think it's about 11/12 that things start happening, but can sometimes take until mid teens to start a period

Well i started when i was 10 years old but the age range for hitting puberty is 9-16. Some girls start puberty when they are younger and some start later, but the age range is usually 9-16 goodluck!

I've heard anywhere from 10 to about 14..I think I was 13 when I finally started to hit it, but I'm a late bloomer.

the normal is 13-14 or aroudn there but if u hit it earlier there isnt anything wrong with u and if u hit it later then thats fien as well. different people hit puberty and different ages.
