He wrote books to encourage children to recognize words and read. In alot of his books, he uses the same words over and over and his silly stories capture the interest of kids. Imagination of the author has helped kids for many years. Green Eggs and Ham is one of my favorites and my children loved that book.

What you NEED to know about Dr. Seuss is that he wrote the story, screenplay and lyrics for one of the most subversive films I have ever seen. This 1953 film, called "The 5,000 Fingers of Dr. T" is called a "musical fantasy film", but that is just like saying his books were "children's stories." His contributions were unique, I totally admire his originality and creativity.

Theodor Geisel (Dr. Seuss) was a famous American writer and cartoonist best known for his classic children's books under the pen name Dr. Seuss, including The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. His books have become staples for many children and their parents. Seuss' trademark was his rhyming text and outlandish creatures. He wrote and illustrated 48 children's books.

He wrote fun, readable books for kids. The true test is that adults still remember what they read AS YOUNG KIDS out of his books and they pass it on to their kids. He helped me to learn to love to read, which is a habit I carry to this day. The only thing is that to this day I do not like Green Eggs and ham. I will not eat them with a fox, nor on a train, or in the rain, Sam I am. He didn't teach kids how to read with his stories but To Read and to want to read with his stories. That's a pretty big accomplishment.

Dr.Seuss(Theodore Geisel) was born in 1904 in Mass. and died in 1991. His illustrations were in fluenced by his childhood memories of where he grew up. What I like about his writin is the way children relate to it;they nevr get tired of reading the same books over and over again.Dr.Seuss is remembered in a sculpture garden and by clebraying his life and books in the schools.

Simply take your favorite or must fun subject and write it out in draft. Then, take a moment to underline the strongest words. Keep your strong words and turn the rest of it into rhyming patterns that support those words and the point of your paragraph. Enjoy. I just noticed how many times you have repeated this post. What are you looking for here?
