Like when I straighten my legs, both legs cramp up so bad I can barely walk and can't bend them, I have to force it. Is it because I'm wearing jeans, or I'm dehydrated?

Dehydrated. Alcohol or drugs can increase the rate and degree of dehydration. Drink lots of water. It could also just be regular muscle fatigue, esp if you don't do any other form of routine exercize.

you are dehydrated....try drinking pickle juice for quick relief.... or freeze the juice and have pickle popcicle...
or drink gatorade or something like that.
