I have just been reading Gateway to Atlantis by Andrew Collins he makes a convincing case by looking at the legends of the Mayans and Aztecs and the description of the location of Atlantis given by Plato and also the fact that the it was an Egyptian priest who told Solon about Atlantis when Egyptologits have found what they call Cocaine Mummies when Tobbaco is only found in South America.

How many theories are there about Atlantis...how many hairs do angels have?

You can believe whatever you wish. I believe the Greek Island of Santorini (sp) is the remnant of the civilazation known to us as Atlantis. I have seem many programs on this including one which insisted Atlantis was an island in a South American lake.

No, a lot of archaeologists believe that it could be actually in the mediterranean sea, if it existed at all. a few thousand years ago there was a huge volcanic eruption on the island of thera near greece and half the island went into the sea. if it did exist, probably under a different name, that's most likely where it is

Unlikely. If Cuba was a survivng part of Atlantis some of their culture would be evident and apparantly Atlantis was an extremely advanced culture so we would see evidence of this.
