Im 17 weeks pregnant and i cannot stay awake at night, we have four little boys and are always on the go. So after putting them to bed at night, i fall asleep. Im usually sleeping by 9pm. This has been affecting my relashionship with my hubby, i hate falling asleep but no matter what i cannot seem to stay awake!! Our sex life before i was pregnant was about 2-3 times a week. Now its about 1 night a week if that. Whats going on here, and what can i do. I feel like an aweful wife. He doesnt complain or act like it bothers him at all, hes very supportive, what can i do?!?!? Thanks!!!

Honey, your pregnant and running after 4 boys! Of course your tired and you need your rest. I think your hubby would understand that completely!

Maybe you could get a sitter one day, and have a day just you and him? A kind of date 'day'... so your awake the whole time!

if you're doing it once a week, you're a better woman than me. plz don't beat yourself up about it. at seventeen weeks preg with 4 little boys I'm surprised you can keep awake during the day! lol it will get better and you are going into the stage where you should be getting some of your energy back....2nd tri usually means more interest in sex. be thankful your husband is understanding and do other things to show your affection for him, like cuddle while watching a movie, things like that. you are not alone in this, sex once a week is quite an accomplishment for someone in your situation, I'd say you're doing ok. Just go with it and realize this too shall pass!

I went through the same thing it is normal and rest asure that it get better my daughter is now three months and our sex life is even better than before i got pregnant. Most men understand that with all the changes going on in your body sex is not a top priority and chances are it bothers you more than it bothers him. Take it day by day and dont stress out good luck

come on that's nomal you been pregenat before you should know that goes with being pregnant. And your husband should be understanding during this time. As far as sex well his thing isn't going to fall off, he can wait until you get through that part of pregnancy, it's only for a short time.

we went from doing it on a daily basis to not having sex at all-maybe once a month at the most for the entire 9 (10) months. You should count your blessings!

Tell him what you feel.Make it clear that you don't like it too.Sex is a sort of important for men.But I think you have a good husband and he will understand a lot.

you aren't meant to do it as much.
