first you and your partner have to be lovers.
second you can either lay in bed not sleep and then have the partner partner lay in bed and then you can start kissing to set the mood then there will be a option to woohoo. but it is random you wont always get a baby from it.
another way is in the hot tub.

You can either go relax in the bed or in the hot tub.then click on 1 of ur people then click woo hoo.

1) your sim has to be married
2) i think they need to be relaxing in bed
3)you would click a button that says woo hoo

you need to be merryed and then you relax in your bed with your spouse (relax) and then you you try for a baby. A thing will come up automatically and say try for a baby.
