Vitamin B12 would be the one!! You can also get vitamin B12 injections if you are quite anemic. The injections really work, I have been getting them for the past 5 months, and I have noticed I am not feeling so tired and lethargic. Vitamin B12 is also very important to take for depression. See your doctor, and find out which form of B12 would be best for you to take.

B vitamins, zinc and iron...possibly Vitamin C and D too. Multivitamins are good, but try and get a healthy diet and a little exercise and drink lots of water - it makes me feel more energised. And cut out caffeine. A broad approach is needed.

A general daily multivitamin appropriate for your age and sex (children's, adult's, elder etc) will supply your basic dietary needs.
However, fatigue is a symptom of something going on. You could have an undiagnosed illness that a vitamin will not solve.
Doesn't it make sense to rule out anything that's going on rather than just trying out different supplements? (Especially since supplements are not regulated by the FDA and differ widely in their effectiveness!)
Taking the wrong vitamin is NOT going to help you. Get checked and get an expert opinion from a doc who knows, not from some unemployed person surfing the internet pretending to be an expert.
(Not me- gainfully employed and in school full time getting my PharmD!:) I am adding a link to PubMed- get your info from reliable sources based on science- not from quacks!

A blood test will show if you are anaemic, in which case, iron, rather than vitamins may be what's needed.
