You guys are too funny. Yes we are closing on the House on Jan 31, and Yes the BMW is actually a Personal Statement as to where I came from to where I'm at now!..

Do one thing at a time to see if you can afford a BMW. A lot of people get themselves in over their heads. Slow down you don't half to have everything now. You don't want to take a chance on not being able to pay your bills

Congratulations! Buy the car AFTER you close on the house. I would do it within 1 month after closing on the house before the new mortgage hits your credit report :-)
