I wonder what would have happened to MLK if he had been trying to change Iraq, Iran, Syria. See Nick Berg.

Dr. Martin Luther King was a man of peace, so naturally he'd be against ANY war. But let's not lose sight of the fact that Dr. King is rolling over in his grave right now. I seriously doubt that black kids dropping out of school, selling drugs, stealing, pimping, and behaving like uneducated THUGS is what he had in mind when he wanted freedom and equality for all people of all colors. After hundreds of years of oppression, it only took 30 years for blacks to waste their freedom and squander the opportunities that their grandparents suffered to win. But don't take it from me, just ask Bill Cosby!

I agree with Syed Hassan.....we need a black president first, someone like Jesse Jackson. He could talk them to death, bash the government, He would make a great prez. (not) But, back to the question...."What would Dr. Martin Luther King say?" "I have a dream......."

You are making an assumption he would be against the war. The biggest think Dr. King would be against is the democrats treating his people like idiots who cant think for themselves. They are enslaved in the ghetto as a democrat voting block. He wanted people to judge them by the content of their character. Just a note....we are judging the terrorists by their character.

He was very critical of the Vietnam War, so it is hard to believe he would think any differently about Iraq.

i don't know how he'd feel about the war.
i do however think he'd be appalled at nearly everything else. everything he fought for is going down the tubes. do you realize a lot schools are segregating and taking students based on race? this is opposite of what he wanted. the schools just want to fill quotas. it's terrible.

I'm pretty certain he would find something that someone else said, and then steal it. It's called plagiarism. He would probably follow this speech with a drug-fueled orgy in a hotel room. Hey, it worked before.
