They do hatch but it's all sticky and messy when they do. So, since I feel bad for the little guys, I just put them outta their misery by eating them whole before they hatch :-P

you have to have a cadbury bunny sit on them from four to six weeks. however if they are eaten by natural predators like marshmallow peeps then they never hatch.

Yes eventually they hatch you have to keep them warm and wrapped though, then you'll see that it will hatch.
