Everyone has "those" thoughts, but prefer not to let them peek out because like you and me, everyone thinks no one else has them.

Of course.......

But sometimes those are the exact things that you just can't ask.... until the time is right. So how can you ever squelch your curiosity?

You have to be observant. Watch the people you talk to. Do they react as you would react? Do they develop habits that you seem to display as well? Do they say to others what you would say too? As you watch the habits of those people you converse with, you start being able to 'read' what type of person they are.

You may have a thought...... that you put into motion. If they respond, it could be because they had the same thought. Therefore, you have your answer without ever having to ask.

The key is.... being aware of others. Being sensitive enough to pick up all of the signals.

I'm the exact same! I dont like to hang around the kids I know because they think of nothing more than the new phone they got, or what shoes they'll wear to which party...my thoughts go much deeper than that, and I need to get them out. This is my only solace♥

Yeah I do, all the time. I used to wonder about what people thought of me after I wasn't in their life anymore as well, but there's nothing I can do about it I suppose, unless I ask. Telepathy would be a curse I think.....

Nope. To be honest, I've always been quite aware that everyone's perception is quite different from our own. I'm constantly trying to place myself in the other persons shoes. It's always an interesting exercise and a lot harder than it sounds!

oh dear gawd....whenever I see a nice fitted pair of jeans walking close to me, I often wonder if they know what I am really thinking when I smile at them....hehe

But in direct conversation with someone, if you keep a close look where their eyes go, you can often see what they are thinking.

yes I do,I have a hard time saying what I am feeling and always wonder if the person I am talking to might be thinking the same or similar thing that I am.I just can never bring it up for fear of saying the wrong thing

are you refering to things like whether or not you like the smell of your own crap? if thats the case, everyone thinks those thoughts but don't bring them into normal, polite conversation because if they did, the fabric of protocol would unravel and it would be like living in south park.

Gosh I hope they don't have thoughts like mine...that would be frightening to think that other people think like I do.
