It's rediculous. I have two starbucks coffee franchises in my town that are less than 100 feet from each other! How does the company manage to get so many stores in so many places?

Yes it is taking over along with Wal Mart and McDonald's

I am fortunate/unfortunate to live in a town that is still too small to have a Starbucks. We do have 2 really nice privately owned coffee shops in a 10 mile radius.

I agree, we don't need Starbux.........especially three in each town. I like my coffee great tasting and cheap, unlike Starbux. The drive thru Starbux in my town has a line that spills into the parking lot, what gives? It's only coffee, not a PS3 giveaway.

Yeah, I know they're like on every corner.
And they have even started to take over Paris, France which isn't good because it takes away from the traditional French cafes.

No, they do not rule the world. They sell a lot of coffee, espresso, and other drink products.

They are very expensive. You should go in Italy where cappuccino was born. Starbucks doesn't exist in Italy.
