First of all, steer clear of Concert Square, Wood Street and that area as it tends to be more studenty
Try any of the bars around the albert dock area - Blue Bar, Baby Blue, Baby Cream and Pan American
Also try Alma de Cuba, the Living Room and Newz

Chiswick and Acton in the West (although there are a lot of folks with kids there as well), and Angel and Islington in the East, but there are a lot of students in that area as well due to London City Uni. I'd personally go for Angel.

Try Concert Square in the City Centre. You could try the Newz Bar on Water Street where you get Footballers,TV Stars and other Celebs in there.
