Hey, I think they you should suprise him with a dinner cruise on the Odessye boat ($119 per person) or the Spirit of Chicago ($65per person). I've been on both and they are really nice. The Odessye is more romantic, you can get your one table.

Next idea: If you're on a budget, you can go buy a dozen of roses and have them take the petals off, get some champagne and pretty glasses, and strawberries. Put the rose petals on the bed, floor and leading to the door. Add a color light in the room. Pour the champagne put the strawberries in a pretty bowl and decorate. Take him out to dinner or cook at home and then when he see the rose petals and room he will love it due to it's simple and very romantic. I did this for my new boyfriend.

i would say a nice dinner at a resturaunt or at home would be nice... it would just be the two of you. It would be xtra special if you cooked a dinner together and then enjoyed it.

if you want to do the cooking idea, here are some sites you can go to for recipes:

i wish you the best of luck..

Get a $50 bottle of Red Zin., a $5 Frozen pizza, and the two of you wrap up in a blanket in front of a fire (preferrably outside).
