I am just starting to play guitar and am looking for a good acoustic guitar aroung $200? Just wanting some suggestions and some information on where to look.

Fender or Yamaha are good bets .. Takamine are decent too ..
get one with a built in pick up .. if not you will regret it later

That should buy you a decent one to learn on at any guitar/music store. It doesn't have to be a famous name brand.
Just try it first to make sure it doesn't buzz on any of the frets. That's VERY annoying.
