i usually use nair or something like nair upper lip and it doesnt grow back until like a month later. It really works and for me it grows back lighter and thinner!! its awesome!! waxing without pain!

my mustach'ed grandmother believes it does but i gotta tell you, it doesn't. most hair EXCEPT facial hair grows back thinner/lighter post-wax, but unfortunately short of electrolysis or vaniqa nothing makes upper lip hair grow back thinner/lighter.
just keep waxin, sista! at least until you can pay for some laser removal.

in the beginning yes then after a few session the hair become thinner and lighter.

I've heard opposite of that.
I heard it comes back thin and fine.
I don't know about the color though.
